Since we were doing Connor's birthday pictures, we decided to do some with the two of them. They sure turned out cute!
Connor's self esteem has grown so much the last 6 months. He has finally figured out that it's fun to play at his friend's house. He is now brave enough to go to the neighbors and play and not always having to have them come to our house. He has lots of neighbor kids his age so he always has lots of friend options, which is nice.
Kalli has started to talk and although she says a lot of words, there are still so many we don't understand, which is frustrating to her and us. She is really good at saying "don't yike" (like). If she starts her meal and doesn't want any more, she says don't yike. If you are doing something, singing, etc and she doesn' want you to, she says don't yike. If you tell her it's nap time, she says don't yike. She also really good at the word NO. She tells me NO several times a day!!
She also really likes the words "so cute." According to her, everything is "so cute". Her dolls, her clothes, Connor, babies, etc. The other day she came out with her skirt on for church and looked at me and said "so cute". Yep, she's was right, she looked so cute!

What a couple of cuties! I've enjoyed reading your updated posts. It looks like you guys are doing well and your kids are growing up quickly. Hope you have a great summer. We miss you guys.
Wow Ashley, your kids are growing up so fast! I remember when Conner was born and he's already 4?? Time flies when you're having fun I guess. Excellent pictures, we have found that getting ONE kid to smile is hard enough, but getting TWO kids to smile, and be nice to each other while taking a picture- that's an accomplishment! Good job :)
